1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the bcb888 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Use of the bcb888 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be a resident or user accessing the platform from a permitted location;
- Not be prohibited by local laws or relevant regulations from using online betting services;
- Register under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

Registering more than one account — including using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or banking details — constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
You are fully responsible for:
- Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete;
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other party;
- Notify bcb888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- All activity on your account, including bets placed without your knowledge, unless proven to have occurred due to our negligence.
Bcb888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the bcb888 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX (online banking), and direct bank transfers to designated recipient accounts.
Important information regarding transactions:
- Deposits: Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance once confirmation is received. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet where the account holder's name matches the registered name on your bcb888 account. Name mismatches may result in delays or rejection of the withdrawal.
- Identity verification: bcb888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the specified limits.
- Failed transactions: If your deposit fails to process but the amount has already been deducted from your bank account, please contact customer support with proof of the transaction for prompt investigation.
- No hidden fees: bcb888 does not charge any currency conversion fees as all transactions are processed in MYR. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Users agree to use the bcb888 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without compensation:

- Colluding with other users to manipulate the system, including through matched betting or other forms of collusion;

- Attempting to transfer balances between accounts without official authorisation;

Regarding liability, bcb888 will not be responsible for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or service disruptions arising from factors beyond the platform's control, including technical outages, third-party network failures, or exceptional circumstances. bcb888's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty days preceding the claim.

Bcb888 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or activities that are harmful to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining funds in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Users whose accounts are closed for technical or administrative reasons will be contacted, and any legitimate balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bcb888 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the property of bcb888 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Bcb888 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or their registered email. Continued use of the platform following such notice will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
